We opened our first facility in Flower Mound, TX in December 2002 in hopes of providing higher quality of emergency medical service to a growing number of dissatisfied patients in our community. During our first four years of operation, we were voted the number one ER in Denton County, Texas by the Star Community Newspapers 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2009 Reader’s Choice Awards. First Choice Emergency Room was also chosen as # 1 ER in Denton County by The News Connection for 2007. This level of satisfaction is standard at all of our facilities.
