Facility Medical Director

Kenneth W. Deeb, M.D., FACEP
Dr. Deeb graduated and completed post-graduate training from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky. He has been engaged in the full time practice of Emergency Medicine for over 25 years, having been transferred to the DFW Metroplex while in an administrative post in 1990. Dr. Deeb is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. In addition, he has been certified multiple times as an Instructor and Provider in Advanced Cardiac Life Support as well as being certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support. In addition to these clinical credentials he has served in two senior administrative roles in the Emergency Medical Field, ten years as a Regional Medical Director and later as a Regional Vice President of Medical Affairs for Spectrum Healthcare Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of ARAMark. Most recently he served as Regional Medical Director to the Southwest Region of EmCare, another large Dallas based provider of Emergency Services to hospitals throughout the US, before joining the First Choice family over 3 years ago. Dr. Deeb resides in Denton County with his wife, Colleen and two of their children.
