Shiraz Pirali, MD
Dr. Pirali attended medical school in Pakistan and completed his residency at Highland Hospital in Rochester, New York. He has served as a Trauma & Medical Director of the Angelton-Danubury Medical Center for 13 years. Dr. Pirali is double board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine. He joined the First Choice ER team in 2011. Dr. Pirali currently resides in Sugarland, TX with his wife, daughter and son.

"We went to Walgreens and after seeing a 6 hour wait we went to First Choice. Not knowing if they took our insurance. They did. They take lots of insurance company's. got right in.
