All of our physicians are board certified in emergency medicine, and all FCER nurses are emergency trained.
Andrew Kretschmer, M.D.
Dr. Kretschmer received his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in 1984, After residency time in family practice and anesthesiology he went on to become board certified in emergency medicine. Dr. Kretschmer has been emergency room medical director at Doctor's Hospital in Conroe, Woodland's Community Hospital, and Tomball Regional Hospital. Currently he is the medical director of Northwest EMS, voted best EMS in Texas in 2005. He and his wife Nancy have lived in the Woodlands, with their 3 children, since 1984.
